About Jeff

Jeff is the founder and Executive Director of Warrior 180 Foundation. His passion is to support those who are hurting by offering care and compassion, as well as equipping others to reach out to those in need within their communities. Jeff holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Sioux Falls and a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Care from North American Baptist Seminary. He completed his Chaplain Residency at the Cleveland Clinic. Since 1982, Jeff has worked in full-time church ministry and served as a hospital chaplain in the intensive care and emergency departments. He also served in the US Army Reserve as a Battalion Chaplain and was a Master Trainer in suicide intervention for the US Army. Following his deployment to Iraq/Kuwait in 2010-2011, Jeff was inspired to establish Warrior 180 Foundation. He has seen countless individuals return from deployment only to face significant life challenges. Recognizing that first responders at home are experiencing similar struggles, Jeff believes it is crucial for our country to support those who have sacrificed so much for our freedom.
